The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
1. 'Western Springs Commercial', PLZ-24-8021, a commercial master site plan and conditional use permit to include a drive-through for property located at 4623 West 12600 South. Applicant - Jake Finlinson
2. 'Bergstrom Amended Subdivision,' PLZ-23-1004, a residential minor subdivision located at 1933 West 11800 South. Applicant - Kevin Bergstrom
This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live.
