- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL APRIL 15, 2025 9:30 AM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Site plan amendment approval for the Clyde Recreation Center for an outdoor fitness area at 717 S 1200 W. 2. Approval for the Springville Towns, amended plat #2, in the area of 75 E 800 S within the MSSG-Main Street South Gateway Zone. 3. Final approval of the Hatfield, Plat B Subdivision located in the area of 700 East 800 South within the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 4. Site plan approval for a new office building and bank for Central Bank at 202 South Main Street in the TC-Town Center Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on April 14, 2025. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
