- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider the review the Preliminary Plat review for the CRC (Cooper) Subdivision Consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 624 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0035 and Tax Id. #10-041-0036.
