PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628.

1. Welcome/Roll Call.

3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes.
4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees
5. Discussion/Action Items:
A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances.
(i) Review Draft of Subdivision Ordinance - Set Date for Public Hearing.
B. Discuss General Plan.
(i) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update - Set Date for Public Hearing.
C. Cory & Margaret Hills - Discussion concerning a possible change in their type of business at 280 W. Main Street.
D. Neils Wright - Monthly update for Conditional Use Permit at 34 S. McCrystal Street.
E. Building Permits.
(i) Damon & RaeLe Barnes - Permit #64, 35 West Haulage Road, New Home.
(ii) Lawrence Whitney - Permit #62, 193 West Dublin Avenue, New Home.
(Permit #42 was previously approved by City Council, same plans with revisions)
