- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for an amendment to the Southern Hills West PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone for construction of a new religious facility on a 4.3 acre parcel. The amendment is required to review the site-specific development plans for the proposed 18,300 square foot building. This project is located at the southwest corner of White Dome Drive and White Trails Drive. The applicant is Sky Engineering and the representative is Jared Madsen. The project will be known as White Dome Church.
