Description/Agenda

The North Logan City Council hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in the Council Chambers at the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT. 6:35 PM Public Hearing regarding a proposed plat amendment of the Mahogany Ridge Phase 5 and Phase 6 subdivisions to merge Lots 36 & 65 into a single building lot. The subdivision amendment also seeks to vacate the public utility easements currently occupying both sides of the adjoining side property lines of Lots 36 and 65 (15-feet total) (Parcel IDs: 04-188-0036 & 0065). Once a public hearing takes place, the City Council may consider approving the proposed plat amendment of Mahogany Ridge Phases 5-6, along with the associated vacation of the public utility easements along lots 36 and 65.
