APRIL 24, 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 4084 N 900 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joel Bernasek for a Conditional Use Permit to permit a fence located on a side yard to extend up to a height of 10 feet, located at approximately 4084 N 900 W in the Rural Residential Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at 517 W Center Street (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Clay Liston for a zone change on approximately 0.5 acres of land from the General Commercial (C-G) Zone to the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone, located at 517 W Center Street.
