KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Phil Holland, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at approximately 16 East 950 North (parcel #080650079) from R-A Agricultural Residential to R-M Multiple Family Residential District with a PRUD Planned Residential Unit Development zone overlay, and the subject parcel is 3.77 acres (164,308 ft²). The applicant is proposing a project that includes 56 townhomes. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
