- Notice IS HERBY GIVEN that the Town of Brighton, Utah, at their regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on 4/8/2025, adopted: Ordinance 2025-O-4-1 An Ordinance of the Town of Brighton Amending Section 19.46.070 of the Zoning Ordinance to Include a Standard Prohibiting the Accumulation of Junk Ordinance 2025-O-4-2 An Ordinance Amending Sections 5.02.030, 5.19.030 And Chapter 15.04 To Require Water Company Approval of Floor Plans for All Business Licenses and Building Permits Ordinance 2025-O-4-3 An Ordinance Granting an Electric Utility Franchise and General Utility Easement to Rocky Mountain Power and Resolution 2025-R-4-1 Resolution Finding Hazardous Environmental Conditions and Restriction of Fireworks Within All Portions of the Town of Brighton For more information, please see the attachments.
