NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Santa Clara City Council will hold Public Hearings at 6:00 PM on Wednesday April 23, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding an On-Premise Alcoholic Beverage License for Black Desert Resort Center, LLC, (Golf Course). 2. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding an On-Premise Alcoholic Beverage License for H.S. Services, LLC, (Black Desert Resort). 3. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding an amendment to the Storm Water Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
