EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on April 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Natural Open Space & Wildlife Habitat Management Plan: A proposed Concept Plan for the 2025 Natural Open Space & Wildlife Habitat Management Plan. This is the next-to-final draft of the EMC Open Space Plan. This Plan has been a year in the making and will guide the City on how it will manage native open spaces within the City. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Todd Black, tblack@eaglemountain.gov. - Towns at Brylee Farms: A request for Site Plan amendment approval of the townhome elevations for the Towns at Brylee Farms development (Parcel #s: 59:034:0152, 59:034:0164, and 59:034:0165). The changes include introducing a two-story floor plan and different materials. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Steven Lehmitz, slehmitz@eaglemountain.gov. Materials for the public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PUBLIC MEETINGS.
