Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will consider a variance at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-25-004, Sandra Geary is seeking a variance to reduce the front yard setbacks for the purpose of extending an existing garage approximately four feet (4') closer to the public right-of-way at 1761 East Millcreek Way.
