NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following:

- PLSPR202400192 - SOJO Retail/Restaurant Building - Site Plan - 10983 S. Redwood Road - Clayton Kitterman (Authorized Representative/Applicant)
- PLZBA202500035 - Utah Black Diamonds, Rezone and DA, 272 W. 11000 S., Ryan Naylor / Nichols Naylor Architects (applicant)
