April 10th, 2025 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees, Maeser Water Improvement District will be held at 1:00 P.M. April 10th, 2025 AGENDA: 1. Opening prayer. 2. Follow up March minutes: Taxing boundary change/annex Clark Flake Utility Easement recorded Lease of Maeser water canal stock to the public 2025 water season Painted Hills Well iron removal 2025 Utah Water Users Workshop 6. Report from staff: Installed sewer stub across Central canal at 1568n 2500w Annual public education program for cross connection, source protection, and FOG fats oils and grease. Meter Change out program underway help needed. Cameron Durant change of employment status from part time to full time with benefits. Rex Huber water operator certification grade II restricted. 7. New Business: Mitch Hacking flag lot subdivision Lease of water to Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District: Pending Letter of Support for Uintah Water Conservancy District's and Seven County Infrastructure Coalition's Joint FY 2026 Congressional Directed Spending Request for the Jensen Unit Pumping Plant - Phase I 11 Closed Session: Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of Purchase, exchange, and lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if such discussion discloses the value or prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms. 12. Review of bills paid from 03/01/2025 to 03/31/2025. 13. Adjourn.
