1. 2. 3. 4. CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES ACTION ITEMS 4.a. FENCING PROJECT UPDATE, KIMBERLY SILVESTER 1. Project Update b. ALP Update - Final MPU/ALP submitted to FAA for review/approval. i. ALP is submitted to FAA for Airspacing, who is behind in their review. We are keeping in touch with them every 2 weeks to get updates. ii. After FAA Planner reviews, FAA Planner (John Sweeney) will approve closeout and we'll submit final RFR and SF 425/271s. 4.b. Attachments 1. Project Update.pdf GRANT UPDATE, KIMBERLY SILVESTER 2. Grant Update a. AIP 18 - CRRSA - RFR#1 submitted 6/9/2021. Still have $8,463.00in grant. 1. Need to get this drawn down - need receipts 'for costs related to operations, personnel, cleaning, sanitization, janitorial services, combating the spread of pathogens at the airport, and debt service payments.' This can include cleaning services, carpet cleaning, pest control. We may be able to add in certain utility bills for the Airport (Internet, electrical). b. AIP 19 - ARPA - No drawdowns to date. 1. Need to start drawing down or FAA will take back the $32,000!! Same rules apply here as do to AIP 18, above. c. AIP 20 - Master Plan Update - RFR#4 submitted 3/27/2024. Still have $53,191.47 left in the grant. Waiting on FAA to review final MPU/ALP documents. Can submit another RFR for up to 90% (currently at 84%). Checking first with FAA to see if they'll allow us to submit up to 97.5%. d. AIP 22 - Fencing Project, Design Phase - 1. RFR#1 Submitted 12/18/2024 for $60,960.68 (FAA) and $3,151.28 (UDOT). 1 of 2 5. 6. 7. e. 2. RFR#2 Submitted 4/11/2025. AIP 23 - Fencing Project, Construction Phase - Grant Applications submitted to FAA. Waiting FAA to issue grants. The below table shows the Construction Phase Costs and Funding Breakout: 1. Action: Recommend Council make a motion to allow Mayor to sign Grant Offers when they come in. Expect Grant Offers to be issued in June/July Attachments 1. Grant Update.pdf 4.c.
