- ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 609 WEST MAIN VERNAL UTAH Notice of a Board Meeting of the Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, to be held Tuesday April 16, 2025 @12:00 p.m., in the conference room of the district office located at 609 West Main Vernal Utah. Meeting Agenda 1. Request for Public Comment on Loan Authorization of $2,935,000 bearing interest at the rate of 1.0% per annum, to be repaid over 30 years. Loan to finance, in part the acquisition and construction of improvements to the Issuer's Water System (the System), including a new building and related improvements, including all equipment and necessary appurtenance thereof ('the Project').
