ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'HIGH DENSITY ROADWAY SURFACE PRESERVATION TREATMENT, PROJECT 25-54'. The project includes the installation of 51,888 square yards of High Density Roadway Surface Preservation Treatment and associated items. The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 11:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at which time all bids will be virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to www.questcdn.com to successfully submit a bid. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
