OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed
3. Public comment
4. Consideration for approval of the January 16, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes (B Sheppard)
5. Financial report on current expenses and budget (D Sanderson)
6. Discussion and approval of the prepared Fraud Risk Assessment (D Sanderson)
7. Discussion regarding the Unified Water Infrastructure Project (M McVicker)
8. Report on Envision water change application status (M McVicker)
9. Meeting time change for the July Board Meeting (A Wood)
10. Other Business
11. Next Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 10, 2025
This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person.
