NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting and Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Public Hearing 7:00-7:30 p.m. 2009 Budget Amendment 2) Freedom Ford 3) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for October 22, 2008 and February 4, 2009. 4) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-1 -- 2009 Budget Amendment 5) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-2 Pressurized Irrigation Operating and Maintenance Fees 6) City Hall 7) Water 8) Personnel – Police Department - GVHS Resource Officer 9) Transportation for Sevier & Sanpete Counties – Bill Peterson 10) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 11) Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
