A. Public Hearing: Public input is sought on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Jeffrey Thomas. Tax ID: T-TACC-2, current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residen-tial.
2. Discussion and possible approval of a Preliminary Site Plan Application submitted by IME Holdings, current zoning is BMP Business and Manufacturing.
3. Discussion and possible approval of a Sign Permit Application submitted by YESCO on behalf of Sapp Bros.
