Notice Cancellation of Public Hearing
A proposal for a zoning map amendment was held with the Western Weber Planning Commission in a public hearing on March 11, 2025. This is a request for a positive recommendation to rezone 31.4 acres of land currently zoned Agricultural (A-1), allowing for a 40,000 SF lot density, and change the zoning to Residential (R1-15), allowing for a 15,000 SF lot density. The Bittons and Herricks own the 30.65 acres of land. The public meeting on April 22 will take place in the County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd, 1st floor, and begins at 5:00 pm.
