NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday April 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the March 17, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Bretton Lozano: Building permit for Mike White home. 3. 5:15 Watson Engineering/ Al Garcia: Minero Vista Subdivision building permits. 4. 5:25 Seth & Sharida Davie: Discuss property lines at 397 S 300 W 5. 5:35 Jen Marshall: Library Park update 6. 5:45 Swimming pool: Review applications for manager, assistant manager and lifeguards 7. 5:55 Barry Marshall: Road chip sealing and park trees. 8. 6:05 Discuss House bill 81 Changes to fluoridation in Utah's drinking water. 9. 6:15 Pay bills 10. 6:25 Other business No spring clean up Update on Town Bell Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
