PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission Downtown MainStreet Outdoor Dining Provisions Development Code Amendment Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on a proposed development code amendment to allow limited outdoor dining opportunities within the downtown Main Street corridor. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 21, 2025, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed amendment adds Outdoor Dining uses in the Community Commercial (CC) Zone under a Low Impact Permit to the Table of Uses in Section 08-020 of the development code. Amendments to the development code require a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
