NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CDBG FIVE-YEAR 2025-2029 CONSOLIDATION PLAN
AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
FOR 2025-2026 GRANT PERIOD

In conformance with requirements, Layton City is developing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Five-Year 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, aligned with Davis County and Clearfield City for the new HOME Consortium, and Annual Action Plan for the 2025-2026 Grant Period. The Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low-income persons, and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Years to address these needs.
The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., during the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. All Layton City residents and interested parties are invited to comment during the public hearing.
Questions or written regarding the community development and housing needs addressed by the Plans may be submitted to Morgan Cloward, Layton City Community and Economic Development, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah 84041, or by phone at 801-336-3770. Accommodations for persons with disabilities will be provided upon request. Interpretive services for persons with hearing impairments or persons with limited English proficiency will be provided upon request. Facility is accessible for persons with mobility disabilities.
