- NORTH SALT LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION April 22, 2025 6:30 p.m. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the City of North Salt Lake Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 East Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the following: 1. Consideration of a proposed code amendment to Title 10, Chapter 10, Section 3 of City Code, reducing the minimum side street setback on a corner lot to 20 feet, unless accessing a garage. For additional information please contact the Community Development Department at 801-335-8687 or planning@nslcity.org. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide comment.
