- Fairfield Town Notice Of 2025 Municipal General Election Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, Fairfield Town hereby gives notice that the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election: Council Member Seat C 4-year term Council Member Seat D 4-year term A person seeking to become a municipal town office candidate shall file a declaration of candidacy in person with the Town Recorder. Any resident of Fairfield Town may nominate a municipal town office candidate by filing a nomination petition with the Town Recorder. The State requires at least 24 signatures on the nomination petition. All declarations of candidacy or nomination petitions shall be filed at the Town Office from June 1 through June 7, 2025 (excluding Saturday and Sunday), between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. NOTICE: The Town Office is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. If filing outside of these times, please call for an appointment at (801) 766-3509. For candidacy forms, nominating petitions, or questions, contact Stephanie Shelley at the Fairfield Town office between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday, or call (801)766-3509 or email sshelley@fairfieldtown-ut.gov.
