NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a modification to a site plan for a mixed-use Planned Unit Development, submitted by Bret Laughlin. The development involves 1.07 acres (46,609 sq. ft.) of property located at 5025 S. Highland Drive in the C-2 Zone.
The request is to modify the existing site plan into a new configuration that involves a separate commercial building containing restaurant and office space, residential townhomes, and required parking associated with the proposed uses. All considerations will be reviewed by the Planning Commission for compliance with Holladay Ordinance §13.78 (Planned Unit Developments.
The proposed site plan is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
