PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Plat Amendment for Silver Creek Estates Unit I Block 3 Lot 1 Amended Parcels SL-I-3-1, 0.94 acres and SL-I-3-SC-X, 0.04 acres 7300 North Greenfield Drive, Silver Creek Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 10-9-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding the proposed Plat Amendment. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Council Chambers 60 N. Main, Coalville, Utah 84017 The applicant, Mike Kendell, representing Summit County, proposes to adjust boundaries and amend a portion of a public road involving parcels SL-I-3-1 and SL-I-3-SC-X. Kurt F. and Tracy A. Swenson own SL-I-3-1, and Summit County acquired SL-I-3-SC-X in February 2022 to construct Mammoth Drive. The proposed amendment and a future road dedication plat will be recorded to reflect the alignment of Mammoth Drive.
