Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of LaVerkin hereby gives notice, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §10-9a-205 and §11-36a-504, of a public hearing to be held on April 16, 2025 at 6p.m. at the LaVerkin City Council chambers at 111 South Main, LaVerkin, Utah, for the purpose of: (1) considering and approving the 2025 LaVerkin City Water Master Plan Update, User Rate Analysis, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and (2) an Ordinance approving and adopting said 2025 LaVerkin City Water Master Plan Update, User Rate Analysis, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, including the culinary water impact fees as proposed in said plan and increasing the monthly residential culinary water rates as proposed in said plan. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Written comments are also welcome.
