- NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT April 9, 2025, 6:00 p.m. 860 W LeVoy Dr, Suite 300 Taylorsville, UT 84123 Members of the Board of Trustees may participate electronically. Portions of meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. The public may attend board meetings either in person or online (see 'Video and Audio', below). 1. Call to Order - Keith Zuspan, Chair 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comments (up to 3 minutes each) If you prefer to send a written comment, please send it to tamecham@msd.utah.gov. 4. Approve meeting minutes for February 12,2025, February 26, 2025, March 12, 2025 and March 26, 2025 - Marla Howard (5 minutes) 5. Tentatively Adopt the Tentative Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget - Brian Hartsell, Associate General Manager; and Stewart Okobia, Director of Finance (30 minutes) a. Cities, Towns, and Unincorporated budgets b. MSD General Fund budget c. Capital Projects Fund 6. Establish a Time and Place for a Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2025 to 2026 Budget - Stewart Okobia (5 minutes) 7. Approve sole source Contract with WCEC Engineers DBA Wall Consultant Group 6200 South Wall and Sidewalk Project for $140,033.34- Chad Anderson (5 minutes) 8. Approve budget Adjustment in the amount of $355,000 for the construction of 8400 W Rail Crossing in Magna (This was discussed at the March 26, 2025, meeting, but needs to be voted upon) - (5 minutes) 9. Legislative update - Mark Anderson (30 minutes) 10. General Manager report - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 11. Other City, Town, Unincorporated County and Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District business (Discussion) 12. Identify future agenda items (Discussion) 13. Discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property (Possible closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §52-4-205(1)(d)) 14. Discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices or systems (Possible closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §52-4-205 (1)(f)) 15. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (possible closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205(1)(a)) 16.
