- A public hearing will be held on the following matter: - An application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat to amend an existing subdivision plat located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Mark Miller Subaru. - An application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat to create a four-lot subdivision located at 2280 South State Street. The applicant is Blaser Ventures. A public meeting will be held on the following matter: - An application to amend an existing Conditional Use Permit, C-19-013, to expand an Auto Dealership, Mark Miller Subaru, located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Mark Miller Subaru. - An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family residential development located at 2280 South State Street. The applicant is Blaser Ventures.
