Other Information: Spanish Fork City is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to design a new Public Works Facility that will house multiple departments, including Engineering, Power, Water, Wastewater, Streets and Stormwater. The facility should be designed to accommodate current and future operational needs while maximizing efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the City anticipates hiring a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide design assistance. The Consultant will be expected to collaborate with the CM/GC to ensure the project is designed within the approved construction budget.
