- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CENTRAL WEBER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 11 14 318, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on April 21, 2025, the Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (the 'Issuer') will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of up to $35,000,000 of the Issuer's sewer revenue bonds (the 'Bonds') and the potential economic impact that the improvements to the Issuer's sewer system to be financed with the Bonds (the 'Project') will have on the private sector. The Issuer intends to issue the Bonds to finance certain costs of the Project, fund any necessary debt service reserves, and pay costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Issuer will not pledge any taxes of the Issuer for the payment of the Bonds, but will pledge, pursuant to that certain Master Trust Indenture Providing for the Issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds, dated as of April 1, 2008, as supplemented and amended from time to time, the revenues attributable to the Issuer's sewer system for the payment of the Bonds. The Board will hold the public hearing on April 21, 2025, during the regular Board meeting that begins at 5:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held at the regular meeting place of the Board, located at 2618 West Pioneer Road, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Board, to the attention of the Issuer's Clerk, Central Weber Sewer Improvement District, 2618 West Pioneer Road, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404.
