- The Board of Pardons and Parole is continuing its routine revision of its administrative rules. On Wednesday, April 9 from 3 to 4 pm, the Board will hold a public hearing to accept public comment on its proposed rule changes. The hybrid public meeting will be held at the Board's offices at 448 E. Winchester, Suite 300, Murray, Utah (anchor location) in its hearing room. The meeting may also be accessed online here. The Board will accept public comment on the following rules. The links to the rules are provided below and can also be accessed here. https://meet.google.com/zxa-uqxs-naf R671-311. Special Attention Reviews, Hearings, and Decisions R671-522. Continuances Due to Pending Criminal Charges Public comment may also be submitted in writing prior to April 14, 2025 at the Board's offices by mail (address below) or email at bopinfo@utah.gov.
