Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Business License Ordinance Amendments DATE: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 TIME: 2:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed amendments include modifications to the 'Renewals' and 'Penalty' sections of the ordinance. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025at 2:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
