Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE April 15, 2025 - 7:00 PM In accordance with Utah Code §10-9a-205, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the above date to receive public comment on a proposed subdivision. - Property located at approximately 700 N 1500 W. - Permitted uses in the ITZ zone may be found in MSC code §13.12.050. - Owner of real property may no later than 10 days after the day of the first public hearing, file a written objection to the inclusion of the owner's property in the proposed amendment. - Protest may be filed at 1570 W 400 N and will be provided to the municipal legislative body.
