The Ute Tribe is closing multiple contracts (see attachment), with the following remaining active:

5.a Ute Tribe - Additional Funding - 22-DWS-0288
Request for an additional $1,380,000, to be distributed equally ($460,000) to the three bands, for the Tribal Building Rehabilitation Program.
5.b Ute Tribe - Additional Funding - 24-DWS-0516
Request for an additional $5,373 for the Digital Recording Solutions
5.c Ute Tribe - Additional Funding & Scope of Work change - 24-DWS-0424
Request for an additional $19,600 to be allocated to 24-DWS-0424 for Coffee Shop Upgrades, as well as a change of scope to include repair/upgrade to filtration system of espresso and ice machine, and repair/upgrade to the Ute Coffee House Trailer (full scope attached).
5.d Ute Tribe - Additional allocation & scope of work change - 21-1106
Request for $66,800 in additional funding for the 21-1106 (25-DWS-0398) Painted Horse Diabetic Program Building, with a change in the scope of work to include, repair/remediation of various areas of the Painted Horse Building (detail attached).
5.e Ute Tribe - Administration / I.T. Fiber Optic Expansion - $29,700
$29,700 requested for the expansion of fiber optic cables. Project entails boring under road from the Ute Tribe Veterans Monument to the Ute Tribe Bottle Hollow recreational camp, as well as from the Ute Plaza Supermarket to the Pow-wow grounds, then placing conduit for fiber optic cables.
5.f Ute Tribe - Cattle Enterprise Vehicle and Equipment Purchases - $250,728
$250,728 requested for the purchase of two (2) vehicles equivalent or similar to 2024 Ram 3500 Crew Cab 4x4; two (2) new or similar portable corrals; two (2) new or similar 6'8' x 24' 14k Gooseneck Stock Trailers.
5.g Ute Tribe - Ute Bulletin Equipment - $14,650
$14,650 requested for the purchase of a large scale printer, equivalent or similar to an Image Access WideTEK 36F, for the digitization of historic Ute Bulletin newspapers to further preserve Ute history and events for future generations.
5.h Ute Tribe - Air Quality Vehicle Purchase - $70,000
$70,000 requested for purchase of a vehicle equivalent or similar to a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat Truck Super Crew Cap V6 to transport Air Quality staff for emission monitoring and meetings.
5.i Ute Tribe - Additional Allocation - 24-DWS-0515
$368,000 requested as additional funding for the I.T. Offsite Storage project in 24-DWS-0515.
5.j Ute Tribe - Painted Horse Building Upgrade and Repair - $70,000
$70,000 requested for the Painted Horse Building Upgrades and Repair, which includes purchase, design and install of ice melt system for metal roof and repairing outside windows.
5.k Ute Tribe - Recreation Floor Resurfacing - $26,622
$26,622 requested for recreation floor resurfacing, including resurfacing the entrance and lobby floors of the Ute Tribe gymnasium.
