Public Notice: LB Land Holdings LLC Annexation A Petition for Annexation has been filed in the office of the Garland City Recorder for the purpose of requesting annexation of property by LB Land Holding LLC located in Box Elder County at 13200 North 6000 West and more specifically described as follows: A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF JASON BINGHAM SUBDIVISION, RECORDED AS ENTRY NO. 140219 IN THE BOX ELDER COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE BEING A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 6000 WEST STREET LOCATED 2323.60 FEET SOUTH 00°55'16' EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION AND 33.00 FEET NORTH 89°04'44' EAST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 26; RUNNING THENCE NORTH 89°04'44' EAST (EAST BY RECORD) 269.50 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID JASON BINGHAM SUBDIVISION; THENCE SOUTH 00°55'16' EAST (SOUTH BY RECORD) 71.58 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88°33'27' EAST (NORTH 89°28'43': EAST BY RECORD) 120.15 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 13°16'05' WEST (SOUTH14°11'21' WEST BY RECORD) 227.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 85°34'49' WEST (SOUTH86°30'50' WEST BY RECORD) 334.50 FEET TO SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE;THENCE NORTH 00°55'16' WEST (NORTH BY RECORD) 311.46 FEET ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.34 ACRES. Notice of the certification was received by the Garland City Council on March 21, 2025. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Garland City Recorder. Garland City may grant the petition and annex the area described unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission at 1 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah, 84302, and a copy of the protest is delivered to the Garland City Recorder by April 22, 2025.
