- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Uintah Basin Tri-County Mental Health & Substance Abuse Local Authority (Northeastern Counseling Center) Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. A portion of this meeting will be held to discuss and adopt the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. This meeting is open to the public as required by law and will be held at Northeastern Counseling Center (West Building), 285 West 800 South Roosevelt, Utah from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact Northeastern Counseling Center at 435-725-6300 to request reasonable accommodations.
