- Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on April 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment request located at 2400 W and Liberty Way from M-1 and R1-10 (PDO) to R1-10 (PDO) and to update the overall PDO for the property. Parcel H-3373-NP-BL. 2. A Land Use Code Amendment to Title 10 Chapter 28 regarding rockfall zone development standards 3. A Land Use Code Amendment to Title 10 Chapter 3, 7, 12, and 14 regarding farm stores. Details for these applications are available in the Planning Department at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments to publiccomment@cityofhurricane.com or to the Planning Department at the above address for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
