RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. 'Architectural Standards', PLZ-24-5007, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use and Development Code for Architectural Standards of Commercial Buildings found in Sections 18.65.060, 18.70.060, 18.75.050, 18.80.060, 18.85.060, 18.95.040 18.100.060, and 18.215.030 of Riverton City Code. This item was continued from the March 13, 2025 PC meeting. 2. 'Multi-Family Parcel Size,' PLZ-25-5004, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use and Development Code for Multi-Family Parcel Size, found in Sections 18.45.050, 18.50.050, 18.53.050, 18.55.050, 18.57.050, and 18.60.050. 3. 'Temporary Commercial Uses,' PLZ-25-5003, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use and Development Code relating to Temporary Commercial Uses, found in Section 18.135.200. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 4:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council.
