TOWN OF PORTAGE WEDNESDAY, April 2, 2025 @ 6:00 PM PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, @ 6:00 PM at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, Portage, Utah 84331 The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: - Approve March 5, 2025, Planning & Zoning minutes. - Public Comments are limited to (3) three minutes per person. - Action item- CUP-Dominion energy/Enbridge Gas-Caroline King - Discussion of Building permits expiring. Discussion- Colton Ingram-subdivision - Standing agenda items: Discuss and vote on Codes/Ordinances-Table of Contents, Terms, Index, and Section :101-119. Removal of outdated or inapplicable Ordinances. ADJOURN:
