Call to Order.
Welcome and introductions. Courtland Nelson, Chair.
1. Adoption of March 5th minutes.
2. Public comments.
3. Updates on Midway Open Space actions. Certified Land Trusts (CLT's) and land owner updates requests
A closed session may be requested Discussion and possible action.
a. Mayor Johnson- (invited), Councilman Payne and staff comments regarding Midway City issues relative to
Open Space activities.
b. Utah Open Lands- Wendy Fisher (invited). Discussion regarding Midway projects and Heber Valley
issues.
c. Summit Lands Cons.- Cheryl Fox (invited). Update on Heber Valley and Wasatch Back open space
activities.
4. Preserve Midway- Brad Winegar (invited). Comments regarding local landowner activities and plans for
summer and fall activities.
5. Wasatch Open Lands Board- Steve Stevens. Updates on Heber Valley and Wasatch Back issues.
6. Adjournment.
