Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Conditional Use Permits - a. Tyler Boren to request a conditional use to operate a pre-school at 381 W 200 N in Richfield. (C-1 Use in an RM-11 zone) b. Anne Valae - Request a conditional use for short term rentals to be located at 977 West 1070 and 973 West 1070 South. (C-1 Use in an RM-11 Zone) 3. Development Review - Consider preliminary approval of the Valley Ridge Development. 4. Public Hearings - a. Gather comments on the draft of the updated General Plan. b. Proposed amendment to 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements. c. Proposed amendments to the Richfield City Development and Construction Standards. 5. Action on public hearings - a. Consider recommending the General Plan draft for approval by the City Council. b. Consider recommending for approval - 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements. c. Consider recommending for approval - Amendments to the Richfield City Development and Construction Standards. 7. Minutes Approval i. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted February 19, 2025. ii. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted March. 5, 2025. 8. Other Business 9. Adjournment.
