- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the General Plan. The City of St. George will present a comprehensive general plan update. This comprehensive update will identify the future needs, growth, and development of all land within the City of St. George. A draft copy of this update can be found on our city's website at sgcityutah.gov on the Community Development home page. You may also visit our offices at 175 E. 200 N. for a draft copy of this update.
