NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on April 8, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT.
- To consider a request to amend the following maps, for the property located at approximately 4007 West 5500 South
- General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential.
- Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to R-4 (Multi-Family Residential)
- To consider amendments to Title 10 - Zoning Ordinance; Amending Chapter 19 - Off-Street Parking and Loading, § 2 - General Provisions, 8) iv) 1 - Exceptions, adding additional streets to the list.
- To consider amendments to Title 10 - Zoning Ordinance; Amending Chapter 6 Establishment of Zoning Districts § 1 Zoning Districts adding R-5 to the High-Density Residential Districts; Amending Chapter 10 - General Property Development Standards § 24 - Tables of Lot and Setback Requirements for Primary Buildings, table 10-1 Minimum Lot and Setback Requirements for Primary Buildings, amending number of allowed units/acre, adding standards for a R-5 zone; Amending Chapter 17 - Table of Uses § 1 - Table of Uses; table 17-1 - Table of Allowed Uses Residential Zoning Districts, adding R-5
