APRIL 10, 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 2543 N 180 W (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Calvin and McKenzie Smart for a Conditional Use Permit to permit an addition onto a nonconforming home, located at approximately 2543 N 180 W in the Rural Residential Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Meeting: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 87 S 1185 E (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Meeting to consider the request of Russell Wilson for a 13-lot preliminary residential subdivision plat, called Blossom Hill Plat C on 6.87 acres, approximately located at approximately 87 S 1185 E in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Meeting: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 642 S 780 E (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Meeting to consider the request of Dustin Golling for a 3-lot preliminary residential subdivision plat, called Richins Estates Subdivision Plat 'A', located at 642 S 780 E, on approximately 0.851 acres in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-19-9: Freestanding Signs (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John's Properties to amend Section 10-19-9: Freestanding Signs, to consider the adoption of a new type of sign called 'Project Identification Signs'. These signs are intended to be large monument-type identifying signs on commercial developments that advertise the development as a whole instead of individual businesses.
