Description/Agenda: WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of February 3, 2025 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 25-003 Lambert Dental [Certificate of Appropriateness] Courtney Wallace/Northcom 120 LLC, authorized agent/owner, requests a certificate of appropriateness to demolish the main level of the building while retaining the existing foundation, floor framing, and basement walls. A new main level is proposed to be constructed for use as a dentist's office following the demolition at 110 N 100 E in the Town Center - 2 zone (TIN 06-066-0009). ADJOURN
