Approved Minutes of the Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on Thursday January 16, 2025, 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, Winchester Hills, Utah I. Call to Order A. Invocation - Kathy Farnsworth B. Pledge of Allegiance - Rich Kelly C. Attendance - Rich Kelly, Kathy Farnsworth, Ferris Emery, Ron Ruesch, Cheryl Christensen and Cheif Christensen II. Public comments No Public present III. Reports A. Fire Cheif's Report - 4 medical calls and 1 brush fire, Christmas light parade went really well had 2-300 people in attendance and 20 cehicle in parade. SCBA's quote, need to start buying. B. Approve December 2024 minutes - Don made a motion to approve the December 2024 minutes, Rich 2nd that motion approved unanimously IV. Approval of Financial Reports A. Rich, financial reports - Kathy made a motion to approve the financial reports, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unanimously B. Bills - 2 checks signed, cheryl reimbusement and Tatum, Don made a motion to approve the bills and deposits, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unanimously C. Deposits will deposit tomorrow in the amount of $6,800.00 VI. Business Next meeting in March go over curtis quotes Next scheduled meeting March 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm
