PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENT - CHAPTER 7 - ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Chapter 7, Accessory Dwelling Units during their regular meeting on April 15, 2025 scheduled to begin at 1PM or shortly thereafter.
Those wishing to review the proposed amendments may do so at the Town offices during normal business hours or by contacting the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by calling 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.
Comments are limited to three (3) minutes or written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 or in person at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than April 11, 2025 by 5PM.
The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Land Management Code amendment for Chapter 7, Accessory Dwelling Units, during their regular meeting on April 22, 2025 scheduled to begin at 1PM or shortly thereafter. All comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded to the Town Council for their review.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
As per ordinance No. 11-003, authorizes the public bodies to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members may participate by electronic means.
